      We started our internet marketing effort with no experience and were lucky to start working with Dale Puckett (thebestwebmaster.com). He quickly understood the needs of our business and designed a web site tailored exactly to those needs.
       After more than 4 years we are much more experienced but still find Dale's continued personal, prompt maintenance of our web site to be faultless.
      Our business is now expanding from managing Co-op Apartment Buildings in the New York and Long Island areas to owning and managing Commercial Buildings and Malls in the Connecticut and New Hampshire areas.

Dale-

      It’s that time, again, for our year end onslaught of photos, updates, reviews, and new member listings. And, I’ve really got to thank you in advance on behalf of all of us at B&B alums.
      Most of us involved with the materials do not have the know-ledge or skills to deal with our web site and all its components. It’s great that we have you….you make it so easy for us.
      We’ve got info coming from several places this year, so we’re relying on you to filter it and reproduce

what is needed accurately and keep it interesting.
     As in the past, we know you’ll do that (smart that we hired a web designer/master, huh?)
      We really need to get our pages updated quickly, as we want to have this available in a week – that’s no problem, right? It usually isn't', so we’re making the same assumption this time.
      I’ll get back to you with the regular update maintenance info before the end of the month, also.
Let me know when is the best time to give that to you, considering the holidays are a comin’.
